The property is beautiful and comfortable. Very good service. Good breakfast. Good location close to the sea (by car) so finding restaurants is easy.
Unfortunately a busy road is very close to the garden and pool; not recommended for clients searching a very quiet place.

Gentle welcome by the evening hotel employee at our arrival
12 euros per day abusive charges applied for our very clean and silent pet dog although contract with Booking did not mention them

The location is exellent, just in front of the town of St.Paul de Vence, with wonderful view of the landscape both from the garden and the rooms
Even if the hotel is ranked as a 4* it can be considered a good 3*; for this reason the price is too high for the overall service. The breakfast too is of a standard level even if its cost is 19€

Ant issues and plumbing problems affected my overall comfort and safety, particularly with a dangerously hot shower causing potential burns. Inconsistent room standards left me wishing for more consistent quality.
